Vacuum Brazing

In this connected method performed in a vacuum environment, a filling material having a lower fusion temperature than the materials to be connected is selected. In order to apply the process, the temperature of the filling material should be higher than the fusion temperature.

Since this method is carried out under vacuum, there is no risk of oxidation on material surfaces. Another advantage of this process is its application to pieces of complex geometry and brazing a large number of materials in a single process.

In our company, a vacuum furnace capable of vacuuming up to 10-5 mbar is used for this process.

In our company, T5 aluminum aging - also known as artificial aging - is applied. Hardness, wear and strength values increase thanks to this method.
In our company, stress relief annealing can be applied to eliminate stresses in aluminum manufacturing methods (casting, forging, extrusion, etc.).
Furthermore, we can apply soft annealing to aluminum materials in order to increase workability and shaping capacity.

Aluminum Heat Treatment

After carburizing and carbonitriding processes, a certain amount of residual austenite is formed in the materials after the conversion because the martensite conversion temperatures of the materials whose surfaces are carbon and nitrogen enriched are lower than the room temperature. In order to eliminate the residual austenite, it is necessary to apply super cooling process to the materials.
There are two super cooling cabinets in our company. Cryogenic processes can also be performed at very low temperatures in a super cooling cabinet in which liquid nitrogen is used.
